Grades The nose is deep and chocolatey, with very subtle notes of baked apple and white flower that add complexity. The palate is sweet, massive and with a juicy acidity that gives a sense of balance and shows the maturity and sweetness of the cocoa, which is shown here in its purest form. The finish is long, with an aftertaste of black tea and toasted nuts. |
