Marañot is a tribute to gianduia, produced in the Italian region of Piedmont. Our product is 100% Colombian, so we substitute the hazelnuts in the original gianduia with cashews from the Orinoquía region, which when combined with micro-lots of cocoa from the same region give us a sweet, creamy bar with a smooth texture.
